When I try to access the application from your link in Announcements, it connects to Google which asks me to create a Google account. I’m unable to create a Google acct because Google won’t accept my Belize phone number (I’m in Belize), and I can’t use my U.S. phone number (because from Belize, I’m unable to retrieve texts from my U.S. phone–only voice messages!).
